I can’t hit masters.
I know it’s best to play one thing but I can’t possibly flex to all roles the way I have been doing and play what the team needs and climb any further. masters is fine for me as the highest I will ever get. I am not a pro player and I work a full time job. I just want role q and role lock.
My best role is hitscan. I know these are widely different games but I’m almost division seven in fortnite. (Champion division) which I’ve been playing competitive for a month. Hit plat and am climbing in apex.
Being a dps player is so rough in this game when it just comes with toxictity.
If you are not climbing on DPS its highly unlikely you are going to climb if and or when role lock comes in.

Let me rephrase my statement then.
Ur other roles are not at the level of master+ so u have to stick to dps then or increase your overall skill level with all the roles.
Since u have a full time job u are better of one tricking hitscan/dps.
Go do that for a season.

I would love to but if I did that every game I would be soft throwing some matches with terrible team compositions. Multi dps comps take really good tank play from your most likely one tank and diamond isn’t the place for that.
Then your issue is with overall game/match quality.
Ur going to soft throw if u flex or dont flex either way. So might as well one trick a role. And if u cant climb u cant climb.
