Since last night, while playing Overwatch 2, during a ranked match, the server crashed, resulting in a 15-minute ban for me. After that, I played some quick match and then continued with ranked play. However, today at 16:00 German time, when I wanted to play ranked again, I found out that I’ve been banned for the entire season 10. I want to know how I can appeal this decision. My account is FlameDust#2645.
Same has happened to my friend. The only information I have so far is that blizzard won’t lift the ban;
