- A new report category called Emergency is now added to the report tool and can be access in all areas you can report a player except for the quick-select report button in the Scoreboard.
- You can then report instances of social communication that implies a threat of extreme harm to another person or a group of persons.

Fixed an issue where the matchmaker would often backfill players into matches that were not near their MMR and causing the match to become imbalanced.
FINALLY! ONLY TOOK THEM HALF A DECADE! Actually huge.

If it’s abused the players false reporting will have their accounts banned-watching this on Emonggs stream and blizz dev confirmed it. And I’m more than happy for that to happen to the abusers, been calling out for harsher penalties for a while now

Also blocking copyrighted music as part of streamer protection. As someone who’s just started streaming this is perfect timing 
Useless patch, I understand the team has been working on other things but they obviously need to set aside more time than they do for seasonal patches. Most patches should be BIG and impact many heroes instead they barely changed anyone’s numbers. Super boring super stale they’ve been doing this since overwatch 1 patches need more work.

D.va’s Mythic is pretty meh, but so was Genji’s so, whatevs.

rarely? I never endorsed a enemy and never will, the hell I must endorse a smurf for playing outside his rank?
Players that never Endorse others will cause much less decay for their allies. We’d like players that want to ignore the system to also be ignored by the system.
cool I wanna be ignored, that system is useless as hell, I endorsent a teammate rarely and now with this I won’t endorse anyone for sure.

I dislike this patch so much.
Any patch that doesn’t nerf Sojourn and Freja is automatically an L patch. What awful changes.
4 seasons of Sojourn shoved down my throat is enough. I’m not going for a 5th. I’m out until they actually nerf the overpowered heroes. Which means I’m probably done for good since the devs seem to interpret “she’s picked a lot? YOU MUST LOVE HER!” instead of her being disgustingly overpowered. Only overshadowed now by an even more egregious hero. Now trying to make other DPS as strong as them. I’m outta here until Blizzard gets a clue.
