  1. Hammer damage Increased from 75 → 200
  2. Health Increased from 500 → 2000
  3. Shatter is now his E ability, with cooldown 6 seconds
  4. His ultimate is now gain an extra permanent 1000 hp for the rest of the game
  • Lucio
  1. Speed boost aura Increased from 25% → 200%
  2. Speed boost amp increased from 60% → 1000%
  3. Speed boost aura also increases damage dealt by 100% for all allies in radius
  • Zarya
  1. Self bubble cooldown from 10 → 2
  2. Projected bubble cooldown from 8 → 2
  • Brigitte
  1. Shield bash cooldown from 7 → 2
  2. Shield health from 200 → 2000

This is the new patch that will come to straight to live (not ptr) when the halloween event comes out. A sneaky insight I got from Jeff himself. 10000000% truth.
