I pre-ordered the Watchpoint Pack on 28-09-2022 on the Xbox Store (even though I had Overwatch standard version also on PC bought on day one) because in the product information it said I would also get the five Overwatch promotional skins (Blackwatch Reyes, Strike-Commander Morrison, Overgrown Bastion, Security Chief Pharah, Slipstream Tracer), since it was supposed to be equivalent to the Overwatch Legendary Edition, but now I see that I don’t have them available… may I know why?
As further proof that I am not making up anything, there is also a news about it from about four months ago on the official site:

Where it is clearly written: We no longer sell Overwatch Origins or Overwatch Game of the Year on the Battle.net Shop. We now sell the Overwatch 2: Watchpoint Pack which includes the Overwatch Legendary Edition.
So, if you don’t mind (because I do), you could unlock these skins for those who bought the Watchpoint Pack?

I am in a similar situation. The Origins Edition skins I had on my Xbox account did not carry over to Overwatch 2. It seems that any skin that I received from a code redemption or external purchase (e.g. Xbox Store) isn’t registering in OW2. Everything else that I purchased in-game seems to have carried over though.

I, on the other hand, seem to have everything apart from the five skins of the Legendary Edition.
If it’s a technical problem that’s okay, they’ll fix it for sure. The important thing is that they haven’t removed them from the Watchpoint Pack offer…

My 2 cents: My Overwatch Origins Skins are all still locked on PC and the Widowmaker Noir Skin is not shown at all (not even as locked). But when I log in on my PS5 (where I unlocked the Noir Skin in the passed and where I bought the Origins Edition) all the Skins are there.
Therefore I think it is just a bugged and will be solved in the (hopefully near) future.

same here, they all kinda suck in my opinion but i still want to have them on my account considering i bought the origins edition

I had mine… Intially and then they were gone the next day. Strange enough when i load up the game on my old console they’re all their. Every last one of my origins skins still exist on my old console. I have payment statements and a history on the microsoft store to prove my purchase. Why should anyone have to deal with these weird bugs especially their long time fans.

like I tried to merge xbox account then it erased all my account data would like this to be sovled or refund
I also am missing the Origin legendary skins. I just merged my PS4 and PC accounts and everything transferred over correctly except the 5 Origin Skins. This seems like an issue with redeemed skins since people above have already mention just these 5 skins are missing/not transferred.

Same situation here. Hope they fix soon.
I hope so too, but two weeks have already passed
me too, I tried contacting support and they kept directing me to the all skins missing issue, it’s a little annoying that they’re acting like they fixed the problem, when in fact it’s still very much a problem. I think its something to do with the fact most of us transferred the skins from consoles to pc. but at the end of the day, we still bought the game.

Yep, I tried it too and they replied in the same way… I felt a bit teased, as if they hadn’t even read what I wrote… I also attached some screenshots of the console and the PC, sigh
I put in two ticket one a week apart and same answer! Forwarded to how to link my account! As i didnt already do this! They mention on my ticket that there is a merge que? Two weeks have gone by and ive progressed so much… annoying the fact that some players have there skins and gold weopons… i recieved nothing as of now… my progress in ow1 was 90% done with emotes skins etc… and atleast 20+ gold guns wtf is my stuff … omg lol
Please update players with a estimated time on merge que its been 2 weeks and merging never happened please do not send me to a thread on how to merge! I assure you ive done everything right
