Have you seen how many people are in the Friendly custom game servers? Have you seen how many of the ‘uwu’ people emote to each other even in comp games and form friendly pacts with each other? Most of the normies wanna chill in this game, theyre not competitive, an overwatch MMO would fit these people (and me too) spectacularly. Overwatch feels like a social game alot of the time and not a shooter

That was oroginally the plan that jeff had for overwatches future was a full story mmo that was supposed to use the pve as a stepping stone. However all team members that wanted that have long since left blizzard so 0% chance of it happening now. Best we can hope for is they eventually give players more resources in workshop to create better cutom modes.

the devs said a year ago or something that they had a “crawl, walk, run” plan for OW. crawl being the FPS, walk being the PvE, and run being the MMO. I agree with the workshop, but i still hope theyre committed to running
