I have redeemed a Overwatch Legendary Edition code that was never used and I never received anything in game, I have already looked at my games and add-ons, and it still wasn’t there, if I go to my transaction/order history on my Xbox, it says I have redeemed it, but I still don’t have anything
I believe the codes expired one year after the game launched.
the one I had still worked, it just doesn’t show up in the add-ons menu (I’m on Xbox btw), and Xbox support said I should go to blizzard, so I’m not sure what to do

I just followed the steps for the Xbox, and it still wont show up
I’m thinking that it allows redeeming the code but the reward is expired. They were supposed to expire 1 year after the game launched.

The skin didn’t expire, the code did. So people who redeemed the code within the first year would still have the skin available.
