Maybe you have to claim it in the Battlenet launcher.

the same was my problem.I bought the overwatch and i upgrade it to legendary edition but i dont have the skins and i dont have notifications.
I’m having the same issue. Right now, you can play overwatch for free and it’s still telling me to buy the game even though I already did. No new notifications as well.
same here. maybe it’s taking so long because of a high demand…? it was pretty cheap
i looked into the gallery and found all the skins… so i guess there is no notification. U should find the skins there.
