I have overwatch and play on console. I do own it on PC but do not play on there ( nice to see ptr things) but my tokens from the all access pass and watching the streams have gone to pc and not my console account. Is there any fix for this?

Tokens being received on the wrong platform means you may not have your consoles connected properly on account.blizzard.com. Unfortunately there is no way to move items once they are received onto an account from one platform to another.
