The idk why it says “Region Ineligible” at the time of claiming it, the first price I claimed it at that time when there were errors, but the second one I just click it and it says the same thing, and Im from México lol

I am sorry, I made a mistake. Mexico cannot earn 100 bonus token drops or participate in League Picks, they can earn single token drops however. League Picks official rules here:

I’m curious, has anybody else not received progress on picks tonight? I’m sure I started at 9/10 and I’ve gotten the NXYL vs Eternal prediction correct but the 10th pick hasn’t been added yet.

Is there a delay on the progress update or is there an error? The prize claim icon has had the “!” on it all night but all of the prizes have been claimed already before today.

i have the same issue it says that the Region is Ineligible but i am in an Ineligible Region

I have the same problem here, some of good answer is not count in my answer progress :frowning:

It hasnt counted all of the answers that were marked as correct. I’ve made 14 correct picks total but on the challenges tab it says I’ve only made 8.

I noticed that as well, I made more than 5 correct picks yesterday and it didn’t count all of them, and I believe one of my Paris v Atlanta correct answers also hasn’t been added to the count.
I understand there is a delay and there may be a lot of little errors like this, I hope they get noticed so at least, they can be ready for the next stage or even in the coming weeks given this is a really good way to get tokens while also using your analysis on the live matches and watch history to your advantage.

Everyone, one thing I will observe is that people are reporting seeing answers pop up sooner before they think they should be revealed. Remember that except for the master “Which team will win the match?” question all other questions are MAP SPECIFIC meaning the answer only applies from the stats of that map and will reveal shortly thereafter.

Why the document you posted is different from the one on website?? it has way more regions on it.

The document you have shared is for the standard token drops promotion where you can earn 3 tokens per hour or possibly 100 token drops at the end of every map. This is an entirely different promotion from the League Picks promotion and therefore the regions allowed to earn the base 3 tokens per hour is a much larger list.

I have another issue, I can’t event connect to the OWL Picks tool, it says :

An error occurred.

I am still unable to claim any of my rewards, is there any sort of statement from the team ? it would be nice to at least get the tokens if they reset it or fix it.

What country are you from Ispey? Only a handful of countries are eligible for League Picks. The topic you are responding to is based on an issue that was resolved a very long time ago for most players (including me).

Here is the list of eligible countries that can earn Overwatch League tokens in one or more the available contests during the 2019 season, including hourly token drops, randomly issued 100 bonus tokens, and the League Picks Beta contest. If your country is not listed at all in the chart below, you cannot earn Overwatch League Tokens by participating in any of these three promotions.
