Is this happening to anyone else? It has been happening for me for about a week, so maybe after the lunar new year event ended?
Minimizing as in you play in windowed mode?
Anyway….you might be hitting something on keyboard accidentally….like I think the only way that happens for me is if I hit the windows key…but my keyboard has a lock that disables this so it’s not a problem…outside of that I would have to hit a combination of keys so it’s highly unlikely
No, it is in full screen mode. I am not hitting the windows key, because the windows key pulls up the menu. When it completely minimizes, I am taken out of fullscreen and I see my desktop, but the start menu doesnt pull up
I don’t know but I can assure you it’s not on their end.

Could be you’re accidentally pressing a key-combo?
Apparently “Windows”+“Down arrow” minimizes your active page.
(edit: wouldn’t be the case. The key-combo doesn’t effect OW, for me at least.)

Nah, sounds like you have some program trying to force itself into the foreground. Probably an anti virus program tbh. I assume it just minimizes the game and you can alt tab it back?
Either way it’s definitely on your end, but there are so many reasons it could go wrong it’s hard to really help over a forum.If your anti virus or other such programs have the option i’d whitelist OW to be a program to not be interrupted.
If possible, to ensure it’s not a keyboard related thing… unplug it. Or swap it out with another one you might have. Just to prove it’s not a key getting stuck down or other issue.

Mine would do this after I bought a new MSI Clutch GM08 mouse
Out of the box, the M4 thumb button automatically minimized the game and pulled up a windows file browser
Next time it happens mouse over the task bar and see which app has focus. That app might be doing it. For me it’s discord, though it’s more obvious. I sometimes get the discord contacts window popping up over OW. I have to exit discord before I play OW.
