WARNING! If you have a 24-hour ban (there is no precise 20-hour ban), then you are very likely 1 leaver violation away from a Competitive Season Ban. No Competitive Ban or Suspension can be appealed and a season ban will result in loss of all end-of-season rewards (including bonus Competitive Points). Three season bans will trigger a permanent ban from Competitive on your account. I strongly recommend avoiding Competitive Play at all costs for the remainder of the season (there is only 13 days left) which then you penalty status can reset.
Unfortunately all disconnections and game crashes counts as leaving the match and will be penalized appropriately. The game server has no way to discern a legitimate disconnection or game crash from one that is forcefully caused by a dishonest player to bypass leaver penalties. We need to know more details about your crashes including any error messages, symptoms, or details. We also need details about your PC (such as posting a DxDiag file). Otherwise start with this guide for help:
===Pasting a DxDiag File===
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.
- Open the file in Windows Notepad, then press Ctrl+A to select all text, then Ctrl+C to copy all text to the clipboard.
- Start a new reply, and type two sets of four squiggly lines and then place the cursor in between and press Ctrl+V to paste the Contents in a code block. Example:
