and the game still randomly opens in windowed mode for no reason.

I have the opposite issue. I like to play in Windowed mode, but it sometimes opens full screen.

Happens to me too once in a while. As a quick workaround, alt + enter will immediately go back to full screen. Not aware of a permanent fix though.

And Mei can still use wall in spawn.

Never found a fix and everyone I know also has the problem lol
It’s not like a huge deal because it takes two seconds to reset, but you would think it would have been fixed after 7 years
not the only game that can do that
