I’ve been thinking of a Blackwatch Sombra AU where she’s captured by Overwatch and is forced decide between rotting in prison or working for Blackwatch. You can guess which one she picks. Anyways, her impact on the lore depends if she joins Blackwatch before or after Rialto. If she joins before than I can see her using her hacking skills to dig up some dirt on Antonio thus Gabriel never ends up killing him and exposing Blackwatch. Of course, I don’t having Sombra be part of Blackwatch would make Overwatch last forever, it was bound to collapse.
