I’m afraid we don’t have any info on this command line argument. Sorry. 
If I had to guess it’s probably used for debugging or for Quality Assurance to test things. Probably not something a normal player would ever need to use.
Thank you, I don’t suppose it’s possible to ask a developer sometime in your travels ? I see there is a list of these options out there on the net but curious if any of them useful for players like me

We don’t have a direct link to the developers for things like this. Whenever we do reports of issues we filter it through other departments so they can gather data and ask questions and such, and even when we’re not working from home we don’t all work in the same building to bump into eachother in the halls and whatnot.
I can totally appreciate the curious question - it just may be something you need to play with a bit to find out what it does/how it works.
