Hey everyone! I’ve been having this problem for about 2-3 weeks. Before the Halloween update, I could run OW at 70-80 FPS,sometimes dropping to 60. But in these last 2 weeks, I can only run it at a max of 60, dropping to 30-40 almost every 1-2 minutes. It’s been extremely annoying .So far I tried reinstalling OW, reinstalling my Nvidia drivers (tried doing a clean install as well), I’ve checked for background programs and non-Windows services that could be causing problems but still nothing. I really don’t know what to do at this point.

Make sure to include your DxDiag for troubleshooting.
