Hmmm, it should run with the 650 you have, so this is beyond me. Hopefully Tech support will see this and help you out. Good luck!
You do not meet minimum requirements. Even if the the game did run it wouldnt be over 20fps on lowest settings. If you bought the game and have no played it at all, you can request a refund though support otherwise you will need a gpu upgrade. I suggest a whole system upgrade though as your cpu is now 10 years old and was mid range for its time.
i don’t care about the frame rate or appearance. i just need to know how to bypass the error message
You have to buy supported hardware.
u can use thunderbolt3 enclousre to apply a gpu to the laptop if u want but it the gpu and the thunderbolt3 enclousre will cost alot, sometimes the same as a midrange pc
Howdy!
It’s important to note two things make hardware supported:
-
Knowing how to run the commands the game asks of it. At a Hardware and driver level.
-
Performance. Powerful enough to process the game at a stable frame rate.
In your case this iGPU is so out of date it likely can’t do either. Thus explains why it just won’t run.
