Overwatch Does Not Launch (Fixed)

(Solved! There was RzrChromaSDK File in system32. I deleted the file and it launched perfectly.)
Hello everyone. I am completely new to Overwatch. I have just bought the game. The game installed just fine but I seem to be unable to open the damn game. Every time I click on ‘Play’, a black screen shows up and POP! return to the desktop. I have followed a few of the solutions found in the forum and still, I have no positive result. I am trying this The only thing I have not tried is reinstalling the game. I will be sorely disappointed if it does not run even after reinstalling.
Config:
Windows 10 64 bit 1809 October 2018 update
Intel Core I5 6500
8 GB 2400 MHz Ram
Gigabyte RX 480 4 GB Winforce
ASUS H110M-K Motherboard
Western Digital 1 TB Blue

Do you own any Razer branded peripherals? If so please uninstall the Razer Chroma SDK (make sure to do so from the Windows app and programs list), and that should resolve it.

Yes I do use a Razer mouse but,
My windows version is a clean install with no extra software whatsoever.

I am not talking about the Windows version, I am talking about a driver that the mouse installs even if you do not install Razer Synapse.

There is no such driver related to Razer in my program list. You can check my installed programs list here.

And have you checked this troubleshooting guide yet?

Does not work. I am gonna reinstall the game now. Now if that does not work, I don’t know what else will.
