Have you tried to make a bug report, it might help… Hope it works (Make sure to be detailed!) But I also have the same issue and have done basically everything in my power, so I guess I’ll have to play the waiting game…

Yeah I posted on yours since the forum rules are scary to me.
Anyway, I have made a ticket in the past and they told me to come here. I’m just hoping we get our rewards soon.

It’s January 2023 now and still missing Sojourn OWL skins.
Reminder that Jan 5 is the Battle for Olympus patch and Jan 17 is the Lunar New Year patch. I’d bet the Sojourn skin is added (along with the OWL shop rotating; major mid-season updates) on the Jan 17 patch.
Imagine expecting a set of engineers to go to work on Jan 1 to fix a low priority issue, and to have it done first thing in the morning.

While I was checking out your request, I could verify that you’re looking for the Overwatch 2 Hanzo skin after watching a live match. Let’s look into it!
Before we proceed, allow me to explain how the offer works. ^^
You can earn rewards such as skins or sprays for watching Overwatch Contenders live matches on YouTube Gaming and the Overwatch Contenders site. To earn the rewards you must watch live matches for the minimum of hours specified on the official event rules which you can find on the Contenders website. Each event may have different requirements. Some events may require you to watch 4 hours, some 5 hours, and some 7 hours. Always check the official rules for the specific event.
On the other hand, if you are not receiving the rewards check the following:
- For console: you must link your console and Battle.net accounts and make sure you are using the correct Battle.net account
- For PC: Disable adblockers on the Contenders website or try a different browser. Log in using a different device and network. Also, once more, make sure you are using the correct Battle.net account.
Once the rewards are earned, it can take up to 48 hours to appear on your account. If you continue having trouble, please report the issue on the Overwatch 2 forums for your region, as Customer Support cannot grant Contenders rewards.
However, regarding the Hanzo skin, the reason it’s missing it’s because it is no longer available to claim.

Seems like nothing they can do or try to do. At this point we are just missing the skin. Gonna have to wait another year or two to try to re-get the skin at this point and hopefully YouTube doesn’t bug out.

Bug reports don’t do much when GM support and YouTube CS basically have no way to resolve or look into it, every answer is the same in regards to the tickets, provided images along with details but still same result (which is nothing). Tried to be as detailed as possible, but now have to wait if they will ever re-drop Hanzo and Cassidy, which if they do might be another year or two to wait for again.

Yeah, it’s usually like 3-4 weeks before a season ends that a “Mid-season” patch happens. Reality is, that it’s really an end-season patch.

Last chance for the OWL legendaries currently in the Shop. They did not explicitly say the Genji, Mercy, Doomfist, and Winston skins, but they’re likely rotating out, as well, as they were planned to be removed at the start of season 2.
With this being an OWL rotation, we can likely expect:
- Sojourn OWL skin to be added
- Path to Pro 2022 spray/icon to be added
Things that have not been confirmed:
- JQ/Kiriko/Sojourn/Ramattra OWL team skins being added
- Seoul Inferno skins added to the shop
- Philadelphia Fusion skins removed from the shop
- Any other color changes/brandings for other teams (Vegas Eternal; possibly LA Valiant)
I’m hoping some of those can be confirmed, so there’s a last chance to grab everything that might be removed.

Vegas Eternal confirm their skins are leaving the store with OWL token giveaway. They did not confirm if it is with the 1/5 patch.

It seems that we will get another Twitch drops starting on 11st.
Skin for Moira (the korean mask one) and victory pose (dragon puppet).
Probably not since they didn’t give it out yet (it was only 3 days), but very likely the patch afterwards
I ended up getting Philly Fusion skins for Ashe, Bap and Doom because the colorway looks great on them, plus the logo looks great on them and in general. Especially on Bap with his golden gun.
Didn’t see any Paris Eternal skins that I liked though.

Was sitting on a reserve of OWL tokens in case they ever made team skin changes/retirements, time to cash in I guess. Bought the Fusion skins for my mains. might pick up more but will wait to see an official retirement announcement in case Blizz makes some kind of offer (doesn’t seem likely, but you never know)
Still curious to see if they will update all the teams to OW2 versions of the skins at some point
