As per the title, my OW keeps crashing a couple matches into each session. I scanned the gamefiles, updated my drivers, disabled overwolf and subordinate softwares and stopped some useless AMD tech in the driver options.

These are the 2 error codes I received from the crash handler.
My specs are:
Ryzen 7 3700x
rx 6700 xt
32 GB DDR4
b550 AORUS pro v2
AMD Adrenaline Driver v. 25.3.1
This forum is player supported and we can’t read those proprietary codes. You can open a ticket for someone to read them.
Otherwise, you can add a DxDiag here and someone may be able to take a look.
yeah sorry im really new to the blizzard support stuff and just got frustrated with their support catalogue i dodnt know where to turn to, my bad.
Where can I create a ticket?
DxDiag (Dx12) reports not problem but an issue reading SysInfo, dunno if thats relevant.
Click Support in the top right of any forum page.
You have to export it to a text file to see the errors at the end of the report.
I don’t have any solutions but I thought I’d let you know I’m experiencing the same thing. I also have a Ryzen 7 3700x and a Radeon RX 7600, and same Adrenaline driver— and the game won’t stop crashing, no matter the graphics quality.
For me, I think the crashing started a couple days ago with the Le Sserafim update. I’ve rolled back drivers, reinstalled the Adrenaline software, undervolted the GPU– nothing is working.
Hopefully this can fix itself out soon.
I’m also having so many issues with crashing recently that i didnt before, a lot of the people in the thread have a Ryzen 7 (I have a Ryzen 7 5700G) so I think that may be related to the issue? My game always crashes mid game I have updated all of my drivers and my temps are fine everything else on my pc runs fine but the game just freezes and I have to tab out and force close Overwatch RIP I would love to give my specs but idek what half of those specs even are, all I do know is I have AMD Ryzen 7 5700G (with radeon graphics may be relevant) and a GEFORCE RTX 3070
