I play overwatch 2 on console, and I can’t play any game mode with anyone i’m not banned so i can search but i don’t join any game in any mode, i contacted PlayStation support as blizzard support told me to they said that there was nothing wrong with my ps account or any game in it, and told me to contact blizzard support again, there’s no ban sign and i didn’t receive anything on my email from blizzard stating that or anything of that sort, i haven’t played on my account for nearly two months now, i paid tons of money on my account and i don’t want to lose it and i still wanna play the game, once, i searched quick play game with all roles it kept searching for 45 minutes, i tried creating a new account and it worked just fine and didn’t take that much time searching! And by the way the problem started two weeks before the new season, where my ranks suddenly disappeared and i couldn’t join any game mode (quick, comp, arcade, custom) i can search as i said but i can’t join any game, i really hope you guys could help this time because the problem took so much longer than expected, and i paid a lot on my account as well, i also tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, it didn’t change anything, i also tried to change my wi-fi and it didn’t change anything either, the problem isn’t with my connection cause i said earlier i have another account that works just fine
