Overwatch Coins not showing in game

One day I suddenly lose access to shop, when I clicked the shop it will always show “The shop is currently unavailable” error.

And my Overwatch coins is shown as 0. (Could still increase if I complete a weekly challenge, but it will reset to 0 the next time I entered the game)
While I actually have 1000+ coins.

The Battle.net app can still show the items in shop, and the correct amount of Overwatch coins. The problem only occurred in game.

Same here. Shop says unavailable and my game says I have no coins when I definitely do.

I have an update for this.

I found the culprit. Turns out it was due to antivirus’ port monitoring. I turned it off, and everything’s back to normal, I can open shop, my coin showed up, and I can watch replays again.
