Hello, I’ve been playing Overwatch since 2016.
I lived and breathed the game back then, so my memories of the OG counterplay to individual heroes & general “dos and don’ts of playing 2016 Overwatch” are still quite vivid.
If you’ve never played Overwatch Classic “the first time” and have questions on how to deal with certain heroes, game modes, or simply why certain tactics don’t work as expected, ask your questions here!

Hahaha yeah! It’s partly why I made this thread in the first place; there’s gonna be a lot of players who don’t know how to deal with Mercy’s old rez ultimate.
In fact, I expect that there’s gonna be a lot of generalized shock and confusion over how OG Overwatch is densely packed with heroes & abilities that were originally specifically designed to oppose, obstruct, and/or outright counter the “gunplay only” mentality.
Hence, this thread. If people actually do come here for advice, I expect most of it to be asking about stuff like multirez + other non-gunplay elements of Overwatch Classic that can’t simply be powered though or ignored after reaching a certain level of aimskill.
