Overwatch Audio stutter

As of today (9/16/20) the audio in overwatch has been cutting in and out like a stutter seemingly at random. This was not an issue a day prior before the Tracer patch.

Spotify and other audio does not cut out even if Overwatch is open at the same time, so its localized to the game itself. Another strange bug is that my voice will also stutter in discord, im assuming most likely because overwatch is using the microphone.

Here are some parts from my computer that may or may not be part of the problem:

Win10 Home Ver 10.0.18363
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

Let me know if you need anything else! Thanks for the help.

Edit: I tried it in fullscreen mode as it was in windowed mode before and there’s marked improvement except every once in a weird while. Very strange!

Audio stutter can be caused by the audio driver crashing and restarting or because of packet loss. Can you add your Dxdiag and WinMTR here?

Played about 5 or so games in windowed mode to try and replicate the issue, but it seems to be working just fine now! Here is all the info anyway, just in case this issue comes up for anyone else

Not sure how much of the DxDiag you needed so let me know if theres a specific section you’re looking for since I cant attach the full file to the post!

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

The full report is more useful, and the most crucial part is the error section at the end.

The WinMTR looks okay. Your home network could use some improvement (ping to modem/router is higher than 10ms), but otherwise decent.

If the problem isn’t happening anymore, it may have been connection related. It isn’t necessary to follow-up with the full DxDiag, but you can add it if you want me to take a look anyway (I don’t mind).
