Tracer is out of time so she doesnt really age. Moira is younger than most of the other overwatch members. Widowmaker is younger than most of the overwatch members. Mercy is a doctor but its still kind of a mystery as to why she hasnt aged. Torbjorn is old. Winston is a monkey. Questions answered?
Tracer ages normally, she isn’t affected by her Chronal Accelerator.

Well, 37 is not that old. My mom had like no wrinkles at that age and is still looking great with almost 50 years. So even without healy healy magic Mercy could look that young. Or she is using botox or stuff like that
