Hi all, my acc just got suspended for 14 days
1-i never flamed or talk bad to teammates
2-obviously im not cheating, cuz cheaters get perma banned
3-i never left games or anything
4-blizz sent me a mail regarding the ban, that LITERALLY SAYS NOTHING
what can i do ? someone help ?
Anything on the chat can be reported.
When you play too good you can be reported as “smurf”, “hacking” or just for the revenge.
When you underperforming you can be reported as “thrower”.
When you one trick you can be reported as “thrower”.
You can wait for 14 days, and then turn off chat.
Either that or learn how not to be toxic, but for some reason I don’t think that will happen.

i knew some gen z’s will pop like you and be like "“ugghhh no reason … mhmm yes im sure blizz did the right thing”
i have no reason to convince people like you, im simply asking what can i do ? do i make a thread at the forums or contact customer support ? do i send a ticket ? anyone knows ?

You are going to be banned for 14 days. that is your punishment. There is nothing you can do.
You can send a support ticket at which point they will say “you were banned for good reason, see you in 14 days.”
instead of thinking what you didnt do, think about what you did do
you ask for help but “i have no reason to convince people like you” sound like you don’t want help after all… just rageposting and want ppl to agree and feel sorry for you, yes… “ugh gen z”
And you could do this if you want, although they would probably just laugh and hang up on you, if you even somehow got to an actual human.
Just take your ban and try not to be so toxic when you come back.
I just play quick play and play in silence using only the chat wheel for stuff like “ping, group up, enemy there” etc. Only times I chat are if I’m asked something or if everyone is having fun and joking around.
my account also got suspended. i asked for a reason 2 and got none, but im pretty sure its from flaming, since that has always been the reason. i dont care, i play on my alt till then.

Don’t know why anyone wasn’t just pointing you at it, but there it is.
You don’t have to look for explanations if you haven’t done anything wrong.
The game is full of toxic players who freely report others for losing a match. The suspension system adds reports and when it reaches a certain number they ban you.
The customer support will ignore all your explanations unless you are a famous streamer.
I’m not a famous streamer, but they have always been pretty helpful to me. This was well before I was known to the community, or posting a lot.
Politeness with them goes a long way I have found.
14 days is quite a lot mate, you clearly have been suspended before, I guess for other reasons. Usually on the email on top theres a category, like harassment, cheats, etc. Something should be there on the message.
Indeed, but that is if you get the email - sometimes you don’t.
I don’t know what makes them send it or not, or what makes it get blocked or not.
I do know that sometimes you won’t get one.
Ive been suspended too, received an email and giving no info of why i am suspended but in that case this might be because of ppl reporting too easily cuz ego yk or just raging bc one teamate didnt do a perfect gameplay ( btw never leaved or trashtalked or anything wrong and i only got suspended yesterday after playing some competition) so idk if its report but its strange that its at the same time as you.
