I know but what Blizzard is doing should be illegal imo. You cannot put something on discount when it has never been the full price ever. The moment they release something new it is immediately on discount. How? That is literally not possible and should not be allowed. It is false marketing.

While I probably won’t be getting these, it seems a travesty Torb didn’t get an in-game spammable “At least I have chicken” and shouting his name like Leeroy Jenkins.

The take each individual price of each item and add them together and display that as the “base price”, so the discount is that, paying less than paying for each individual item.
Still. that recolor OW1 Torb skin is a disgrace. I played WoW a little, but that Thrall, skin, what is that.
I have only bought the Rein skin. That POTG highlight IMO is super lazy. Also should have made that great sword a skin instead.
As the “victim” (coz I regretted even I have read what I will get and knowingly bought it lol) I advise you to skip this one unless you are a die hard WoW fan!
I usually don’t post, but this is outrageous! There is not even one skin included in the challenge. I sincerely express my disappointment.

thats fine especially for blizzard if nobody even attempts to make any competition. and it feels like whenever any competition arises they are like “how can we ensure overwatch players won’t like our game” and then they Brainstorming the things people don’t want in ow and add it to their game.

they made a really nice widow skin then everyone snorted adderal and gave us
- ANOTHER polearm on rein (ew stinky)
- half robo-half orc zenyatta with TOENAILS (blehhhh ew)
- Fortnite Battle pass tier 200 Torb reskin
- terrible emote/victory pose, that look extremely awkward even with the skin
- highlight intros that dont work when not using the skins (rein holding his hammer like that, why does widow have a purple fart cloud on every skin, and why is Zenyatta standing, CURSED)
- No mode, no event skin for free (why are you charging $24 for a torb reskin where he looks like he’s made of milk with luster dust in it)
- UGLY weapon charms. you have the WARCRAFT collab and you dont have ANY fantasy charms? just ugly UI-reference ones that look like they were made in 20 mins on blender?
and lastly, no matter how nice the widow skin is,
- you gave the skin of a character that HAS A BOW, not to the person WITH A BOW, but to the person with a futuristic smg/sniper rifle???

Torb or Zenyatta should have been free , if OW Team expects those two skins to be bestsellers and make industrial amounts of money, they can sit back and wait, that will never happen.
will other past anniversary skins (like the mercy dragoon) become available for purchase in the shop?

Eh, I’m neutral on that.
On one hand we have no female archers yet, but on the other hand they could have gone the Smite route and gender bent Hanzo…
However on one foot some people would complain, but on the other foot people complain about everything…
And then on one tailbone this is a nice Widow skin regardless, but on the other ta-…****
Imo, there’s enough there to justify the “sale” price: 4 skins + highlight intros + voicelines + some other stuff. So roughly $10 a skin.
Buying them on their own isnt worth imo, but if you want at least two skins, then I’d get the bundle.

They want YOU, the player, to give them, even MORE MONEY.
In trade, you get garbage skins, no unique voicelines, no unique interactions, 2 skins advertised but not in the actual game, and no unique artwork?
And some of you complain you can’t afford food. It’s because you have no idea what money is worth and if you buy this garbage LOL.
Well, in Blizzard HQ there is a plaque: “Fool’s and their money belong to us!”

We’re expected to pay!? We can’t just earn these no. These limited time only skins cost actual money as apposed to the first time we were just allowed to earn them through challenges. This is actually sickening. I understand with some games having to pay for certain cosmetics (Ones that are ALWAYS going to be there)
Hell I even have the donation skins because that was actually for a good cause. Donate to breast cancer get pink mercy? Sounds like a good deal.
Paying for a collab skin that wasn’t a pay to get first time around and isn’t going to be here after a certain date? You guys are sick. You deserve every bit of back lash you get and the extreme loss of respect from your fans.
Because enough people buy the skins at those prices that if they sold them any cheaper, they’d be “leaving money on the table” so to speak.
Sure, you might think they could charge less as a sort of olive branch to the players, a ‘thank you!’ if you will… but they’re a business first, and a game second.
