I was thinking that if OW has a time skip for OW 2, what heroes would be gone and what heroes would change?
I would think Reinhardt should be gone, but replaced with Briggete. Briggete becomes the new Rein after he passes away. (Basically the new Shield Tank. No Healing involved)
Tracer would be older, but still fighting.
Ana would Retire with Jack, but have new people recruited to take their spots.
What other things would you like to see happen to heroes if a time skip is involved?

Then it would need to be established that they are training people.
I would like to see Junkrat become some Outback warlord that challenges Junkertown to battles, only to fail every time.
She’s confirmed by one of the writers to still age normally (along with Mercy), yes. BUT I’m wondering if that means like … normally if she doesn’t use her powers, or normally even with all the times she Recalls. So … could probably loophole retcon that decision for OW 2 if they wanted.
I’m sure Winston could invent something that’d reset her cells to a previous time state each day, rendering her effectively immortal.
Speaking of Winston, he’d probably be dead. Gorillas don’t live that long. Would be interesting to see how his death affects Tracer.
Aside from that, could probably do a lot with Pharah and D.Va’s characters in OW 2, as they’d have both grown and become more battle hardened. Could also show how Pharah deals with the death of Ana - I’m curious how it’d be for her since she already went through her pseudo-death once.
Also, Mercy probably stays young-ish (again, despite that tweet on age lore), and it wouldn’t surprise me if Moira didn’t one-up her and basically immortalize herself with Reaper-tech by this point as well. Those two, man … the rivalry.

More personally, I don’t care about any overwatch 2. These devs have conned me out of enough money with the absolute turd storm that is the first game, along with their actual appreciation for negativity and hostility while punishing friendly or sensible community members.
Even if it’s better than the original game, big nope. They don’t deserve the money.

What her chrono device does is keep her tethered to the timeline, without it, she would phase in and out. So as long as she is tethered, she is normal.
You forgot he is a genetically advanced gorilla, heck Hammond should be close to death, but he seems to be going on strong.
Then he will go crazy and become evil or gona be used by some evil organisation.

Welp, i have wierd opinion that he actualy let doomfist out only because he is lonely and he know talon would be enaught good excuse to “bring back overwatch” after all he was getting lonely there i guess.

Winston never appreciated Athena. 
I could see tracer aging MUCH slower, as often as she presses “recall”. However, we NEED more origin stories, so we cannot come to a conclusion. Hopefully, SOON.
Welp, Athena was only thing stoping him from clicking that overwatch button.
So he propably didnt liked her.
Mayby he even let reaper know where he live?
