The game won’t even start properly. No matter what I do, the game starts with a black screen. I can here music and sound effects but I see nothing nothing but black. I even tried resetting the game settings from battle.net itself. I tried pressing alt enter for it to be windowed instead of full screen. I even tried disabling my second screen, no dice.
I have a dual screen setup on Windows 10, with an AMD fx 8300 processor and an NVidia GTX 1660 and 24GB of ddr3 RAM on a crucial 1tb sata ssd.
My graphic drivers and Windows are up to date.
same bug… game not frozen , i can hear sound , only turns black and i can click on the menu… -.-

it worked fine the first 30 games starts and now i wont stop buggging black no matter what i do, reunstal, reset setting still bugging black now… -.-

uh disable “fullscreen optimize” on all .exe is working for me the bugged black screen is gone on Overwatch 2…
just need to click on alt+enter to switch on fullscreen mode to fullscreen only, all other modes are still goes black screen IF I GO OUTSIDE OF FULLSCREEN MODE… -.-

Thanks for the tip. It worked. All overlays are not working though like fps in-game counter or Nvidia share but at least it is running for now
