I have no idea what do do and Blizzard support doesn’t help. The game works perfectly fine for a few minutes, then closes and gives me a message about “rendering device lost”. My PC may not be the best thing ever, but I’ve never had a game that ran smoothly and then stopped mid-match.
You haven’t provided any info for others to help you. What specs? How old is the power supply? Did you check for overheating (not temperature averages!!)?

Were you able to successfully play the game in the past? The specs you listed are the absolute minimum to run the game, so they will require a lot of optimizing on your part to make playing successful. For instance, the GPU model is 11 years old.
You also have a strange amount of RAM. For RAM to work properly, it should to be in matching sets of the same amount, so 4GB and 4GB or 8GB and 8GB. Just tossing in an extra 2GB stick is more harmful to performance than it seems.
Well, I’m only trying now because before my latest upgrade (a minor, but significant one), I wasn’t able to even obtain 8GB RAM, besides, like I said, it’s not that it can’t run, it clearly can, I want to figure out what’s stopping it in the middle. Also, I didn’t really toss an extra 2GB stick, my previous specs only allowed a maximum of 4GB, so I had 2 sticks of 2GB, post upgrade, I only removed one of the sticks and replaced with an 8GB one.
Yeah, I don’t recommend that. You’re making the system unstable by adding RAM that doesn’t match.
As for the
Well, not really if it’s crashing. The GPU might just be giving up the ghost because of the age.
The reason CS wasn’t able to help is that Rendering Device Lost error just means the GPU stopped taking commands from Windows. As for why… it could be anything from overheating to just a GPU that is dying.
That’s strange, the GPU doesn’t show any signs of dying (with other games, I mean), but it certainly doesn’t give me any warning of overheating, and I don’t really feel it actually getting hot either.
Which driver version are you using?. I had this issues but going back to older drivers fixed it.
My PC specs is same has yours. I have GF GT 730 2GBDDR5, Win 10, IC i5 3550 & 8 GB RAM.
