There is a bug when using the Orissa Ultimate.

I don’t think this was a bug. What it looks like to me is when your character gets stuck in a place where you can’t move or jump, like a stall spot on some rooftops, except it happened inside of the stairs. Might be something with Orisa moving when using her ultimate.
