Not only did I read it, I’m also an ow1 player and put a lot of money into the game.
They haven’t addressed what they’re going to do to make up for many players having money go to waste because they can’t play the product they paid for. (Which is a product that replaced a function game that I also paid for). If you’re replacing a full paid game, your player base should be able to log in. Because fact of the matter is they promised a product, people paid for it, then they weren’t able to access it and didn’t know any update for 18+hrs and when they did they claimed the error problem was fixed when it was definitely not.
Their lackluster updates saying they’re being transparent, don’t provide the answer to my question. Regardless, It took them a long time to say anything at all (hence players being in the dark)
I was able to play for 24hrs before they broke it again and I’m back to being lc-208. I’m very aware games don’t run smoothly at launch, but they also aren’t usually so massively unplayable without at least giving several updates throughout each day about their progress.
Next time keep scrolling instead of wasting time on trying to devalidate someone’s question or opinion

My game doesn’t load. I’m playing on xbox and after I click play it just doesn’t load. It shows only overwatch 2 logo. From what i sea it’s a rare problem and it’s not even on the list of known problems but I expect it to be repaired soon because I want to play this game.

I used to play on PS4 back in the day, switched to PC a while back.
MOST of my skins transferred correctly, but I’m missing my Origins Edition skin and my launch date Widow Maker skin. is this a known issue?
Even after merging is “done” I do not have any of my cosmetics yet, do not know if you are still working on it or if I already lose my progress and cosmetics since apparently merging is complete but I have nothing, at least my Watchpoint pack got activated after some of the maintenance, however, I’m still missing my gallery and stats, when will this be address or did I really lose my things?

hey guys, just an update on what’s happening right now.
I left the queue at around 150k players and went to sleep, and now when I woke up I find out that there are 340k players ahead of me lol
so I would assume that I got back in the queue “AGAIN” from 600k players.
there is something off tho, it tells me under my PlayStation ID “Account Changed” in red, what does that suppose to mean? anyone got an idea about it?
What about all the lost and innacurate/lost stats that have beenn appearing on the Career Profile? My stats keep going down and none of my competitive stats are showing
My guess is that if there are still some people with LC-208 it might be that either their initial merge hasn’t completed yet or they are fixing LC-208 in batches (groups of users or regions).
Looks like LC-208 is very specific to certain types of accounts and it should have something to do with the merge process.
My wife and I are on Europe Console, both merged accounts from PSN, Xbox, and Switch that completed on Friday, we were blocked by LC-208 yesterday all day, but we can play just fine today From all our consoles
I am in Europe also and have been having the problem for about 48 hours now. Hopefully it fixes soon.

its happening to me on australia > na servers. lag or no, regardless it seems to happen frequently.
are you also cross server?
Just a quick update, It does seem like they have applied possible fixes very recently.
As of writing this, I am able to enter the game without hitting the dreaded LC-208 error, heroes and cosmetics all seem fine, just some dodgy stuff going on with my career stats.

Yes, this is such a big issue. The controller desyncing on the 120hz console setting is absolutely awful. It happens so frequently as well. It makes the game literally unplayable as it griefs your games when you can’t move mid-fight. Please please please Blizzard we beg you to look into this asap. We love your game, help us play it!
Hello, I am an OCE player and on australian servers have 30ish ping however, I often queue games on other servers and get 130 ping. I do not want to play in these games. Please at least allow a feature to turn this off I would much MUCH rather take another few minutes to queue a game than have to play an unplayable game. Thank you

I think i’ve found the problem.
Gtx Geforce sponsored a special driver that helped to increase the performance in ow2 and i download it. But apparently it was a bad idea. I tried unistalled it and the game works way better than it did in terms of fluidity. So i guess those drivers were not compatible with mine
But, the problem about the high ping in some matches and audio not syncing and models not loading still stands.
(I play also on console and this problem occurs there as well)
