To the heroes of Overwatch,
We want to keep you up to date on some of the bugs and issues we’re aware of that are affecting the game. This is not a complete list of all currently tracked issues affecting Overwatch 2, rather, this is a targeted list of some known specific issues with this release.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate y’all’s understanding. Our team is working to resolve these issues, and we will provide more information as soon as we have updates!
Current Issues
- We are aware of an issue where the Tomura Shigaraki skin is not producing the sound effect when exiting Shadow Step.
- We are aware of an issue where Overwatch 2 Overwatch League Home and Away (Gray and White) skins are not available in the game. Players who have acquired these skins will regain access to them when this issue is fixed.
- Original Overwatch League (Home and Away), Overwatch Contenders, Overwatch 2 Overwatch Contenders, and all Team skins are still available to those who have those skins in their collection.
- We are aware of an issue where auto-requeue for Quick Play is currently not working.
- We are investigating an issue where using certain HDR monitor settings may result in the screen going black
- As a workaround, you can fix the issue by disabling HDR on your system settings and then access your calibration settings in the Overwatch game settings.
- We are still investigating some players being unable to purchase Golden Weapon Variants with their Competitive Points
- When navigating to the Mythic Store via the Hero Gallery, the page will appear incorrectly. You can still access the Mythic Shop via the Mythic tab, directly in the Premium Shop page.
- We are investigating some performance issues when navigating the Hero Gallery.
Recently resolved issues:
- We resolved an issue with weapon fire not sounding with the Pink or Rose Gold Mercy hero skins.
- We resolved of an issue where the All-Might Reinhardt skin is not playing his Voice Line when using the Earthshatter Ultimate Ability.
