Titanfall 1 was PvP only…
Titanfall 2 was PvP with added PvE 
So OW2 is fine.

I, for one, like names like that. Because all those “Title Name: Epic Nonsense” are usually have nothing to do with anything and only take place in the naming. While Title Name # is more straightforward and solid.
But it naturally looks like the word OWL OW2

OW2 is such a cleat marketing gimmick. And then Jeff has come out with his “redefining a sequel” which a nice way of saying: “It’s just DLC pack, but we’re not calling it that”. I won’t be surprised if it changes name when it’s actually up in the shop to something like “Overwatch: Omnic Crisis 2”.
