I bought 2 10 dollar coin packs and no coins showed up in my account I got the email from PlayStation saying that I had bought them but still no coins

Same issue here. It seems coin issues and purchase issues are really bad right now. I’m sorry, Ik it’s frustrating.

Yeah me too, i bought the watchpoint pack and got only the skins, no currency…

Just happened to me too. Bought th 19.99 & 0 is in game.

OK. I’m glad it’s not just me. Was panicking for a second there. Opened the game today to be faced with this bug, as well as some heroes being locked… again… even though that was already fixed. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

I think if you wait a bit they may show up. Some if my coins did from the one pack I bought. Still some haven’t come :confused:

I just paid 1000 overwatch coins on my PS5 and I end up with 0 coins as well. I’d like to get my Battle Pass. :slightly_frowning_face: I tried on my pc as well, but nothing happened.

It took like 30 minutes for the first half of them to show. I had to close the game and re enter it

I am in the same boat. I requested/sent a support ticket but it’s been a couple of days now. I’m not sure how necessary it is to post here and also put in a ticket but I’d rather be safe than sorry, honestly. I’m certain it’s an issue that’ll be fixed, there are probably just bigger wrinkles that need to be ironed out at the moment.

This issue still hasn’t been resolved for me just yet and it’s a little disappointing, if I’m honest. It’s been about a week and my coins haven’t been refunded/reimbursed and there’s been no word or mention of it, either. Ticket hasn’t been responded to, although I did receive a somewhat generic e-mail that someone would respond. I wanted the battle pass with the premium coins I had spent money on but the game took the premium coins instead of the (selected) legacy credits and I feel cheated. Hoping there will be a fix in the near future and that I’ll be able to purchase what it is that I intended to in the first place.

Update: Apparently my coins were placed into a skin instead of the legacy credits I’d selected which is why they didn’t show up. I only found this out by searching through my blizzard purchase history.

I’ve been sent a reply two days ago on my sent ticket that stated customer support cannot directly assist this issue bit fixes are supposedly in the works.

Personally, though…I don’t think I’ll be spending any more money or time on this game until this has been fixed. Fifteen days of waiting, to be told I may not even be getting my money or coins back just has me disappointed. Seventeen days in since my ticket and I’m now on the fence about seriously just uninstalling and forgetting about it.

Any luck on your guys’ side?

I’ve paid for battlepass twice now and have nothing to show for it. Kiriko is my main and now I can’t even use her. It’s making me lose hope in the game itself and I’m not even sure I want to play a game that stole my money twice now
