Overwatch 2 Account is Linked But No Skins

I have my blizzard and overwatch 2 accounts linked but none of my overwatch 1 skins are there, none of my settings are the same and everything is gone, it’s remembered that I have played OW before and that I bought the watch point pack but everything else is gone.

did you play on pc as well as console? if so the pc account just takes priority and doesn’t keep your console progress, at least that’s what is happening to me

I’ve had the same problem. Switched servers and got all my stuff back.

Same. I have no skins, currency, stats, icons. It’s basically a brand new account but it says it’s linked to my battle.net just as it was when I played overwatch 1.

I had the same problem, i never played the game on pc but when i open the game on my PS4 it makes me link the game to a blizzard account and when i go in game the game doesn’t even recognize i played the game before and i have no skins except the ones u get for buying the Legendary edition.

Okay, im glad im not the only one this is happening to. Its treating me as if I am a new player. makes no sense

I’m having the same issue but I think it’s because I didn’t play when the game required a battle.net account during the days i played it on xbox like 4 or 6 years ago. So I think it is looking at my battle.net account and not finding it linked to overwatch in any way which it isn’t even tho I played it for 9 days and 11 hours which isn’t too much compared to a lot of players but I still want my skins man.

No I’m a purely console player

Same here. Im wondering if it has something to do with the fact that I played OW1 on ps4, and just downloaded OW2 on ps5. Its completely reset, like im a new player. I hope they fix it because I wont be playing unless I have all my skins

Same… i haven’t played for years tbh but I wanted to give OW2 a shot. Now I have not a single skin I had before…
And I bought lots of Lootboxes back in the day… please let me know if anyone gets feedback from the devs… (PS4 to Ps5, never played on PC)

I’m a console player too, and i just merged everything, and just like you, back to square one. I had legendary skins for all characters, including event themed ones. As much as i dont want to admit, i spent a lot of money on the loot boxes to get those cosmetics too… (Xbox player)

I play on Xbox, I waited almost 3hrs to log in finding everything except twitch rewards gone and all characters locked… very disheartening.

My overwatch 1 data was all linked and it is all gone I had skins, emotes and lots more but once I logged on overwatch 2 my account had nothing on it saying I was a new player? I also had purchased the watchpoint pack and it has now disappeared and asking me to purchase again why has this happened when I merged my account?

Same here… was able to play for a while, but none of my content from ow1 appeared. And it’s pretty much the same game… but worth worse animations.

same, my xbox account was already linked with battle net and the game is treating me as a new player :expressionless:

Same here but for playstation smh

I also bought the Watchpoint pack (the Watchpoint pack is not there in-game?) but even everything else from OW1 is also gone for me.

Even skins, currency, stats, icons, as exactly as Kialaley put it, it’s AS IF is a whole new account even though I played OW1 for years now. I’m going to try some things if that works if not, then hopefully Blizzard knows what they’re doing this time and help us out. Pretty bummed out ngl.

Has anyone found a solution to this? Also it won’t even let me queue up a game and everything I had is gone. I literally played ow1 2 days before and linked my account before the merge was supposed to happen.
I’m pissed

Nope I’ve just been playing until they can find a solution but until then I’m very disappointed with how the game is performing
