I made this joke to my 28-year-old son earlier today. I said: look, 5v5, they want to reduce CC and hyper-mobility, itās like looking at Paladins, only without the customizable PvP builds. 
Now, I wonāt die on that hill, as I said it to him tongue-in-cheek. But wouldnāt surprise me. I mean, hell, Storm Arrows is a direct lift of Sha Linās Planted ability, only with āBlizzard Balanceā involved.

If Overwatch ends up being Paladins reskinned Iām out.
I wasted 100 hours of my life on Paladins and Iām not dealing with that nightmare of battlepasses and Malādamba disrespect again.

Not to make a chicken out of a feather, but the recent Dev update would suggest they at least have their foot in that door. Whether or not they try to push it open and walk through it has yet to be determined.

Well ye, but whatās the paywall in OW? What can we only get via paying? 
I think its about 5v5 in general, and maybe some abilities in pve that going to be similiar to paladins heroes abilities.
Either way, i was waiting for topics about overwatch copy paladins and i got this so i guess thats half of the win for me?
