I think this could be a good be a good crossover, as there are certain characters with similar playstyles/characteristics.
If 4 skins is going to be the norm for these kinds of events, my choices would be:
Ainz Ooal Gown Ramattra (their motivations are surprisingly similar)
Albedo Junkerqueen (likely in her armor)
Aura Bella Fiora Tracer
Cocytus Rienhardt
Though my only concern about this is the maturity of Overlords content if blizz is trying to market towards all audiences.

Albedo would probably be Mercy and Cocytus would 100% have to be Orisa. I would instantly buy an Ainz skin though. Only issue with Ramattra is when he goes Nemesis form. Could be the Knight form I suppose
I really hope Overwatch doesn’t turn into some vehicle for anime crossovers. That would be one of the most lame things I can imagine.
I was thinking junkerqueen because of the axe and their fighty personalities. I dont see how mercy would fit besides the wings and maybe the dress she normally wears.
And I recommended rienhardt because both are honorable warrior architypes. Their proportions are also very similar, while Orisas arent (not even including the four legged part).
And for Ram i was thinking it could be larger bone arms as completely changing design would likely be a lot of work (though I like the idea).
I think this one would be a little tooo… well… adult for OW.
Were more likely getting more Shonen adjacent stuff, and more specifically legacy properties.
Would be cool, especially considering we already have quite a few good match ups like you said.
no. you are terrible at picking what goes where. Junker queen does not have the body, voice, nor elegance of Albedo and would be a horrible choice for that skin. It would be Hickbedo.
OW has already shown that it doesnt pander to anime purists, as one could argue that Doomfists build doesnt really fit Saitama.
Saitama is supposed to look like a dweeb at first glance, as shown by him being named caped baldy by the public. Only the people that actually get to know him see how powerful he is.
Doomfist on the other hand is a towering, bulky figure that absolutely looks like he could destroy any normal person in one punch.
