Why is that a thing ppl should be able to hear it to stand out more. Thought that was the purpose of the mythic skins

Audio cues in the game are far too important and should remain unchanged for everyone except the skin holder.
Gameplay is much more important than flexing skins.

I can tolerate playing Genji now. Itâs so weird. Now that he doesnât have those gross lime coloured powers and that squeaky mouse voice heâs finally bearable to play. And heâs kind of fun. Who knew.

The purpose is that you equip it and you can hear it. Itâs not to confuse and annoy your teammates. They can hear it if you get potg though. So, you know, get those blade team kills if you want them to hear it, I guess.
So it doesnât confuse people. A while back the gridironhardt Reinhardt skin had a voiceline change when he ulted and it caused some problems because people couldnât recognize when he was shattering giving an unfair advantage. I know genjis new voicelines are pretty obvious what they are, but still.
I donât need to hear it, thx, waste more money on your pixels, I play competitive, and itâs integrity is more important than you to show off.

Anyway, the only time itâs annoying is when they ult and you donât understand - my opinion.
The light becomes me! is pretty cool. (Not sure if thatâs cyberdemon though.)
Generally I just hide whenever I hear anything loud and obnoxious, itâs an ult 9/10.
What is confusing is people spamming voice lines while theyâre doing stuff. Be quiet so I can hear footsteps.
If there were dozens of skins that changed the sound of a characterâs voice lines and everyone in the match could hear them it would get so confusing. In the heat of the moment, you wouldnât know who was doing what. I could get pretty confusing I think.
