Not exactly the same, but the skin is obviously inspired by this fanart. I hope they do more fan skins, there are some really amazing ones out there.

I would say it’s more inspired by Rein’s griefhardt skin than anything.
Not the same, but I would honestly like both versions in game 
It doesn’t look similar enough at all to call it a fan’s skin.
I would say Lunara and the daughters of Cenarius from WoW are the inspiration for it.
