there are 3 things i really dislike playing as a tank, it’s sleepdarts, anti-nades and it’s doomfist just in general because got damn it doomfist i don’t want to ride on your bouncy castle right now.

I’m going to assume you’re never the aggressor in Orisa duels them.
Shooting shields and resetting barriers is the bare minimum to playing the hero, like playing LĂşcio for just the auras.
You say Rein has Shatter mindgames, but pushing past every Orisa barrier is a mindgame in and of itself, with Fortify to hold your ground without healing, and Halt to pull the aggressor back in front of your barrier.

I’ve mained Orisa since launch. She gets VERY fun when you master Minigrav. I’m basically getting a free pick every 8 seconds. Been calling her OP since launch, yet the madmen kept buffing her, I knew she would get to this point in the meta but nobody listened.

Orisa has Halt to strategically force enemy positioning which can combo into picks with other heroes even around an enemy barrier. Orisa is not remotely “just shoot.”
“just shot” is also the same for mccree or soldier, widow…

Different ways of defining fun i guess. These are fun.
Of course, Orisa is still shooting behind her shield. Exactly WHERE she is when she does that is up to the user. She has three unique weapons so she has to calculate for three different trajectories, has to track and prioritize enemies since she doesn’t tunnel vision, etc. That’s a lot of things to do.
The ones that find her boring probably play her like this guy.

I love playing Orisa, she’s way more fun than Rein.
Rein is so slow and is “swing. Shield. Swing. Shield, maybe charge, oop I have ult, Q, swing some more”
I love Orisa for her constant rotation of shield/reload/reposition/and shooting. Plus her Ult isn’t just a huge stun and is not only nice to play with, but also not horrible to play against
I love Orisa being played more
Its also more fun because you actually get to play the game. Reinhardt is just perpetually dead or knocked out of range.
I find Orisa more fun on attack than on defense, especially so on payload maps.
It’s crazy just unstoppable that robot horse lady can feel when you learn to play aggressively with her.
And when it’s a team fight, you’re just M1ing most of the time everywhere. Engaging
She is so boring that I don’t wanna even write about it cause I’m getting bored

There is a simple solution for that: If you don’t find Orisa fun to play, then don’t play her.
There are 29 other heroes. Go play them.
