Original Moira Concept

If one has seen the concept art, they will remember when Moira had tentecles. This post is a fun brainstorm for what those tentacles did and it quickly became overpowered and completely imbalanced. It was fun however to think on the topic. I envisioned it as if she had kept the concept and then worked on the idea while at Oasis and then used it on the battle feild. I have not created cooldowns or lengths of duration however. Have fun reading!!! :slight_smile:

Appearance: Blackwatch Valkyrie Suit meshed with Oasis designs, (if her Blackwatch skin and Oasis skin had a child) beautiful yet sinister, a meld of science and art, Moiraโ€™s passion project

Instead of her normal harness and back equipment, she now utilizes 4 tenticles, each containing special aids in her damage. Note, when Moira uses an additional arm, they also deal 50 dps so her damage doubles and uses whatever ability the arm contains.

Abilities: Her abilties are based around her arms, each one specializing in a specific talent as well as having the base biotic grasp. Her fade still remains but she has lost her orbs.

Arm 1: Surge
Normally, Moira does 50 base damage. But when this ability is activated, it will deal 100 dps adding onto her base damage, allowing Moira to deal 150 dps.

Arm 2: Range
Normally, Moira has a range of 21 meters, this extends that range infinitely, able to steal life from those far away from her for a short duration. If in range of her normal range, it will just lock on with her alternate fire, a total of 100 dps.

Arm 3: Regeneration
Normally, Moira can heal herself for 30 hp per second spent attacking, with this ability, the tentacle attacks and will heal Moira with an additional 70 hp per second for a short time. Will increase Moiras dps to 100 dps

Arm 4: Mutlitask
This arm will deal a base damage of 50 dps same as her biotic grasp but it will target an other enemy that isnt currently taking damage from Moiras alternate fire. If Moira is using her primary fire, it will latch onto the closet enemy.

Ultimate: Overdrive, Moiras abilitys are locked out and all of Moiras arms contribute to her damage, because her systems are focusing on damaging, the special aids they ofter can not be accessed save for a few little buffs. Moira will do 250 dps, heal for 150 hp per second, and her range is increased by 2.5x for a medium length duration. Also, her health pool becomes unlimited and will grow as she gain health from damage. However, when she heals, her meter will not lower, but her health and only when back at 200hp will Moira again rely on the meter.
