IF it is Cleansed or Broken through LoS, the Orb goes on a Cool-Down before it can be Reapplied.
Shields should also count as Breaking LoS.

Discord’s effect is buffed to 35% and Harmony’s Healing is buffed to 45hp/s

They can Buff it to 50% like it was in 2016, as long as it Breaks the very Second I Break Eye-Contact.
Because as soon as I go around a Corner, I’m peeking back out and Charging your Sorry Butt in the 6 Seconds you won’t be able to Defend yourself!

You’d think instead of a timer, it should have a resource that drains when it’s active.

when rein drops his shield it should likewise go on a cooldown until he can use it again, makes just as much sense

Huh? No, you have to hide around a Corner for several Seconds to Break it and Zenyatta can just Pass it onto another Hero. If Zenyatta can keep Juggling, it won’t go on Cool-Down, but if it actually breaks LoS, THEN it goes on Cool-Down.

That’s the Change, it goes on a Cool-Down if it Breaks Automatically.
If Zenyatta keeps Juggling or kills his Discord Target, it works like Normal.
What if it just had a soft cooldown where you couldn’t reapply it to the same person again for a few miliseconds, or so? I still think that’s an immense nerf because you don’t get instant value from Discord at all.
If you discord me, and I press W with a DM or shield out, its just like you don’t have the discord ability at all. With that in mind, why would you nerf it?
Reinhardt’s Shield is instant value though. He’s basically invincible to damage even if no one shoots him, but unlike discord, his TEAM is also invincible and can just press W. Do you not see the difference?

Maybe Discord can only be applied for 5 Seconds? Remove the Cool-Down, Zenyatta can always just Reapply it if need be, but he can’t just Leave it on and Forget.
It’s a Massive Wall, just shoot it.
Forcing the Enemy Tanks to Hide and Cower for 3 Seconds, only to Reapply it everytime he Looks at you is just too Oppressive.
Oh wait, Rein has heaps of health more and can one shot a lonely zen
Before I say yes or no to that, consider this scenario. You’re trying to kill Reinhardt and stop his team’s push, so you discord him. He holds his shield up for a few seconds, while he walks up, and you successfully break it. But as you’re shooting him while he’s discorded, he’s being healed and your discord wears off. Due to being a tank and getting supported, you couldn’t kill him in time even with your discord on him, and now you can’t put it back on.
What happens then? Isn’t that a giant issue? Tanks will just use one of their mitigation abilities and make it like your discord isn’t real. How do we avoid situations like that?
Alternatively, you could just shoot Zenyatta. He’s an active element trying to force you to cower; stop him. He’s not Genji where he’s explicitly made to stop you shooting at him; even Reinhardt can fire strike Zenyatta. He’s incredibly oppressive, but is easy to oppress.
