I got my first legendary loot box from the battle pass and opened it, then later got 5 from the event challenge and opened all of them at once. After opening them all at once, the counter stating how many loot boxes to open before receiving a guaranteed legendary says 2/20, rather than 6/20.
Strangely, this didn’t happen to the friend I’m playing with, who got the 5 loot boxes from the event challenge and opened all 5 of them at once too, without opening one from the battle pass first.
Yeah, I also had this issue. I was doing the Discord quest for 5 free loot boxes, and when I opened them all at once the counter says 1/20 instead of 5/20.
this happened to me also. Really pissed about it because I opened 6 at once lol.
This is happening to me as well. I got through ten before I noticed…
The same thing happened to me too. Instead of 5/20 it counted as 1/20.
Same thing happened here! I opened 18 loot boxes and the counter says 12/20.
Same issue here. Opened 5 lootboxes at once after opening the legendary lootbox separately, all 5 regular lootboxes counted as one lootbox opening.
For me the opened lootboxes just have disappeared entirely
I have the same thing. I opened so many boxes including the challenge from discord. I should have 18-19 of 20 to get 1 legendary but it only says 6/20. I took screenshots too just to make sure I have proof of that. I don’t know what to do or where to report this so here I am.
I opened 16 boxes but it says i only opened 3/20. 
I hope this problem will be resolved very quickly.
I am having the same issue, had like 6 and 5 boxes, opened them all at once and only counted at 2 but then opened 5 one by one and it added on 5. I should have around 16 loot boxes towards legendary but only have 7… anyone know if this is being looked at and will we get our boxes added?
