All I see is a blank screen when opening loot boxes. If you move the mouse over where the loot box should be, text will appear for it. But all I see is the background.
I don’t know how to post screen shots.

If you are on PC., try running a scan and repair on your game client:
Scan and Repair didn’t resolve the issue. Another thread says this is on Blizzard’s end.
I am seeing this too on PS4.
Just FYI: issue continues.
This also happened to me last night. Normally I see loot boxes but I didn’t see them last night. I’m on a PC. This last update has been nothing but problems from high latency to now loot boxes not showing.
Although all of my responses here are marked with “solution,” I just logged in and the problem continues.

Thanks for the heads up on this one. Our Overwatch team was able to confirm this bug and are working on fixing it in a future patch.
