There seems to be a bug in the system where the progress to the Legendary Loot Box is not counted correctly if you open multiple boxes at the same time.
I just opened 14 regular loot boxes at the same time (had 7/20 for Legendary) and am now at 5/20 without getting my Legendary Loot box. I had 1 before and still only have 1.
How can I create a ticket for that, since I would like to get my legendary loot box as well. Opening a ticket has been made extremly hard
