Open Queue Top 500 Problem

I play on Europe servers and I am currently at 3704 sr (lowest for t500 right now is 3643, so in theory I should be in top 500).

I realised when I reached the amount of sr required to be in t500 that you had to verify your phone number on your account and play 25 games (as pointed out by someone on the forum post introducing the SMS top 500 thing), so I’m currently on my 26th game and I am not in top 500? Is it actually 50?

I’m getting mixed signals from various official sources, so if it is 50 games why not state that on the in game UI instead of the 25 that it currently says?

If it is actually 50 games I need to play with a verified phone number please let me know, thanks.

I think for Open Queue it’s 50 games like before and Role Queue it’s 25 for the role. Also you might not get your Top500 rank right after 25 games.

Yep just like what that user said.

(Do note that if you activated SMS/2FA at the point you had 25 games played that those 25 games do not count to the 50 games minimum.)
