I played 3 ranked open Queue matches. The 1st one, I won. It moved my progression up to 17%. The 2nd one, I also won. But I DIDN’T receive any rank progression.
I checked my Career Profile to see that I got a highlight for that game, but the game isn’t showing in the game reports or replays. The team I played with is also not showing in Last Match or Recent Players.
I closed the game twice and reopened it, but the game was still missing and my rank progression was still at 17%. I decided to try to play a 3rd ranked open Queue match to see if it would happen again. I lost that match and my progression DROPPED. I’m now in demotion protection.
Is there anything that can be done? Has anyone else been experiencing this?
