Open Queue Needs QTime Estimates

Sometimes I’ll find an open queue match in 2 minutes. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes. Blizz can you please add queue time estimates to Open Queue? So i don’t have to waste my time if i queue on a day where there are few players

I agree, good suggestion. The one time I decided to play open Q it took 2 hours and I just gave up in the end.

Ya my OQ rank is capped out, which would literally make me a Top 20 player (lol). Queue time for high SR is simply not viable. Golden gun points just ain’t worth it. :joy:

I am almost silver dps in role queue. Almost diamond in open queue. Clearly the competition is… Well, yeah, there isn’t any. Lol.

Dude that’s actually why I wanted to play open q in the first place, I knew there was like no chance of me getting T500 in role q so I wanted to get it in open q, too bad the q times are so long!

I would love to know Open Queues population curve. The rank inflation is horrendous, and it makes the flex experience horrible.

“Are these plat dps or sliver dps?” So, I better pay close attention to see if I need to flex dps… too bad I’m the sole support healing 3 tanks and 2 dps :scream:

I’m not sure how useful they’d be, I frequently get queue times half or double of the “estimate” in role queue. They are kinda useless to begin with.

You know, I usually play Mercy in Open Queue. For some reason, it’s awesome solo healing three or four DPS as Mercy. Feels like everyone does so much damage and the other team can’t keep up.

It is awesome, but when’s there’s more tanks then dps, solo healing with Mercy will ensure your tanks give you the side-eye for not going Ana/Moira.

In that case, they can either swap or deal with it. They’re the ones choosing to play so many tanks :stuck_out_tongue:

Nah, I just suck now. The queue times kill my morale or something. No idea. I was most just joking because I find it so weird.

Don’t play in masters+ play in plat and below in openQ. Don’t ask me how, you know the answer.

I mean, thats kinda your fault tho haha. Mercy is one of the few supports who can’t solo heal a triple tank team
