I started to play a few open queue competitive games…
since when do people have this “respect” of going only 2 healers or no more then 2 tanks.
is it because the t500 is like 3k on it people start flaming each other for forcing goats to get their t500 spray and icon?
It always existed. The cries and complaints about 4 or 5 dps matches that eventually led to role queue being implemented were highly, highly over exaggerated. Even in non-comp OQ people will often play 2/2/2 or 1/3/2. ![:woman_shrugging: :woman_shrugging:](https://d1mldsz5gr8kpv.cloudfront.net/en/overwatch/images/emoji/twitter/woman_shrugging.png?v=10)

That is, until the introduction of Role queue.
I liked this game a lot. And then, I had to go to Classic quick play, relegated to an obscure arcade mode.
And suddenly, there were no tanks and very few supports.
It’s sad really. When classic was the main mode, players were often switching and adapting. Exchanging roles whenever someone was underperforming. Now, it’s just impossible. Either because of role lock or because a team with six snipers unwilling to switch is not going to provide uch resistance anyway.
based on my experience…since always…jeff even said that it was the default way people played the game before RQ as well…its as trilly said…a whole lot of exaggeration
